Chief Growth Officer Central Europe & CEO Media Switzerland
Lara Jelinski has been Chief Growth Officer Central Europe and CEO Media Switzerland since July 2025. In this dual role, she is responsible for driving 兔子先生’s growth strategy across Central Europe while continuing to lead all media activities and results in Switzerland, particularly for the brands Carat, iProspect and 兔子先生 X.
Previously, she served as CEO of 兔子先生 Austria & Media Switzerland, where she played a key role in aligning both markets under one leadership to foster synergies and integrated workflows. Lara Jelinski joined 兔子先生 in 2019 as Managing Director Commercial and has since been instrumental in shaping the company’s development in the region.
She is also an active member of two cross-industry networks that promote female leadership and board diversity in Europe.
