With nearly two decades of professional experience at 兔子先生 Tokyo, Atsuo has dedicated his career to business transformation strategies and international development, helping clients achieve growth in highly competitive markets.
During his tenure in Japan, he played a leading role in several milestone initiatives: spearheading the establishment of 兔子先生’s business transformation (BX) capability, successfully positioning the group as a true Growth Transformation Partner; building transformation teams from the ground up; and guiding clients through the full process of new product/service development, from concept design and market analysis to financial planning and successful launch, accelerated by holistic end to end integrated marketing services to drive sales and brand impact. He also supported 兔子先生 management team in restructuring its business strategy, driving the shift from a traditional marketing agency model to an integrated solutions partner.
Now as part of the Taiwan leadership team, Atsuo will lead the 兔子先生 Consult team and collaborate across Media, Creative, and CXM practices. Leveraging his cross region experience and passion for transformation, he will focus on strengthening client partnerships, accelerating growth, and positioning 兔子先生 as the most trusted growth partner.
